Return Policy
How do I return a product?
Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed or we’ll happily refund your purchase (minus shipping and handling fees). Product returns must be unwashed, unworn and all products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. A copy of your invoice must be included. For your protection, we recommend you ship your return using the USPS with a tracking number. Big Bonez will not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process. Do not send returns COD, they will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Refunds cannot be issued until the product has been received by Big Bonez. Refunds will be issued as quickly as possible, but please allow up to three (3) weeks for the return to be processed.
