Can I place an order by phone?
A customer service representative will be happy to assist you with your order by phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST by calling 815-980-0938. If a customer service representative is unavailable, please leave a message and your call will be returned within 24 hours. Be sure to include your name, phone number and reason for call.
