Can I send a product as a gift?
We’d love you to send Big Bonez products as gifts. You can send your gifts directly from our warehouse. When filling out the address portion, make sure you put the recipient’s address in as the “Shipping Address”. Your information will be included as the “Billing Address.” Then, email customerservice@bigbonez.com and request we remove the prices from the order form. The prices will be replaced with the words “GIFT.” Be sure to include your order number with the gift request.
At this time, there is no gift option if you are shipping Internationally because of declarations with Customs.
