Exchange Policy

How do I exchange a product?

Exchanges will be processed immediately upon receiving the original product.  A copy of the original invoice must be included in order for the exchange to be processed.  Please write a reason for the exchange (for example – ordered the wrong size, too big, too small, changed my mind) on the invoice. For your protection, we recommend you ship your return using the USPS with a tracking number.   If there is an additional charge for the exchanged product, the balance, will be charged at this time and the exchanged product will be shipped at no extra charge.  Big Bonez will not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process.  Do not send exchanges COD, they will not be accepted. At this time, there is no rush delivery available for returns or exchanges.
