Canceling Order
Can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel an order, that has already been placed, you need to fill out a Cancelation Request form. Once the request has been received, a customer service representative will make an effort to contact the appropriate warehouse and attempt to cancel your order. In the event your order has shipped or is the process of being shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. If we are unsuccessful in canceling your order, you will be notified via email.
If we were unable to process your order cancelation, you may still return the product within the 30 day period for a full refund (minus shipping and handling fees). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend you ship your return using the USPS or UPS, which will provide you with a tracking number. Big Bonez will not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process. Do not send returns COD, they will not be accepted.
